Q. Who is your company? Are you with the Windermere Foundation?

A. We are trueIMAGE Publishing, a northwest Washington-based publishing firm. We are in our fourth year with the Windermere Foundation.

Q. What titles does trueIMAGE offer this year?

A. trueIMAGE has designed six beautiful wall calendars for the Foundation Calendar Program, and one personal calendar. All the titles can be viewed online at www.trueimagepublishing.com/windermere.

Q. What paper weight do you use?

A. trueIMAGE calendars are unique in that they are printed on 80# paper for the calendar and 100# cover weight. In combination with exclusive photography and pleasing graphics, you are presented with a classy, quality calendar that represents you very well to your clients.

Q. What is the minimum number of calendars I can order?

A. 50 calendars.

Q. Can I combine titles to receive a better price?

A. Yes, you can combine titles.

Q. Why are your calendars more expensive than they have been in previous years?

A. In comparison with the previous Foundation program, we charge a slight premium on the calendars for two reasons: premium paper quality and premium photography – purchased directly from well-known photographers, as opposed to stock art photography.

Q. How are you different from Teldon?

A. We take pride in being an American-owned and based company, located in Lynden, WA. Our goal is to focus on you as a customer; to provide excellent customer service and unsurpassable products; and to hold to standards that prove our integrity as your promotional calendar provider.

Q. How much is being donated to the Windermere Foundation?

A. In the first three years, we donated over $97,800 from the sale of calendars to Windermere agents.

Q. What is the payment procedure? Why do we have to pay up front?

A. Our standard is up-front payment. Since our product is a custom product, your payment before the reception of the product ensures the allotted production time of the product at our plant. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

Q. Where do we send our artwork to?

A. Artwork can be taken care of in one of two ways. First, you are able to upload your photo and information online using our online imprint tool at www.trueimagepublishing.com. For a more customized option, simply call us at 1-800 961-8783 to speak with a customer service representative. The customer service representative will give you the appropriate instructions for sending the appropriate information to trueIMAGE and assist you in creating a custom imprint that suits your needs.

Q. Will I receive a proof before printing?

A. Yes, you are required to approve your custom imprint before printing.

Q. When is the latest that I can order my calendars by?

A. Calendars may be ordered for as long as our inventory allows. For example, you may still be able to order one of our titles in December of this year, while another may have sold out in two months previous. Orders are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q. What is our Early Order Incentive and when does it expire?

A. With an order by July 30, you will receive, for free, 12.5% extra calendars and envelopes. An order on or before August 31 will receive 10% free extra calendars and free envelopes.

Q. Why does it benefit me to order from you any more than it would from ordering with another company?

A. The benefit of ordering with trueIMAGE Publishing is three-fold: first of all, we are the sole organization affiliated with and donating back to the Windermere Foundation; secondly, we offer a product of exceptional quality and provide greater efficiency in service; thirdly, our product matches the branding strategy that your company, Windermere, constantly strives to achieve.

Q. How much will it cost to have the order shipped to me?

A. Our shipping charges are on a per-unit basis of 16 cents per calendar. For example, an order of 100 calendars would have a shipping fee of $16, while a large order of 1000 calendars would have a shipping fee of $160.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax on these calendars?

A. Washington State agents are required to pay sales tax. Agents outside of WA are exempt from paying a tax on their calendars.

Q. Can I deduct my calendar payment as a Foundation contribution for this year?

A. Your purchase of these calendars cannot be used as a Foundation write-off. Nevertheless, an amount of 10 percent of your purchase total will be donated to the Windermere Foundation.

Q. Can I negotiate a special price if I order more calendars?

A. We do not make any special deals with Windermere agents or offices; all are treated the same way. Our pricing is therefore fixed and may be viewed online at www.trueimagepublishing.com/windermere.
